There are some things some of us can’t live without. Our Fashion Director Desiree, for instance, always has a section of her closet devoted to anything sparkly or shiny. Our other Fashion Director, Samara, has a stash of body-con dresses that always get a ton of play. While such pieces may be be classics for some, there are certain items that will always be classics for everyone.
The trench is a tireless example of a 3-season coat that never loses its power of polish. A great, leg-elongating pump and crisp dark-rinse jeans – does anyone ever argue against their place in our wardrobe? A sturdy tote, a chain strap bag, a pencil skirt – these are time-loved pieces that get worn over and over again. And if you’re in the market for an update, why not turn up the color on a pair of ballet flats, or buy a white shirt in a slinky, silky drape?
If you look up the word “classic” in the dictionary, it is defined as “of enduring interest, quality, or style”. Kind of like you, right?
