Kate Middleton’s (or Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge) ever consistent style continues to dazzle the masses on her Canadian tour with new husband Prince William. Each appropriate look captures Kate’s effortless and frugal style. She has even shown that repeating outfits is perfectly acceptable for a Princess.
